As Lead Agentic AI Developer, you will be at the cutting edge of innovation, building multi agent AI systems with LangChain and LangGraph together with Python and SQL, creating immediate impact on patients around the world.

You Will:

• Lead a team of 3-4 top tier AI engineers
• Build robust, production-grade Python solutions that power real-world, mission-critical AI applications
• Design, build and evolve multi agent AI systems using LangGraph and LangChain
• Create intelligent agents that turn data into decisions

Skills / Experience:

• Software Engineering background
• 6+ years of Python experience
• Prior experience delivering Agentic AI systems
• 5+ years of Leadership experience
