You will also play a crucial role in mentoring and growing engineers, collaborating with platform teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Technical leadership: Set the technical direction for your squad, own architectural decisions, manage technical risk, and represent the engineering perspective at our Architecture Review Board. Proven experience building client-facing GenAI products deployed and operating in production environments. Deep expertise in Python or Node.js, with solid working knowledge of the other language. Experience owning architectural decisions, managing technical risk, and representing engineering in architecture or technical governance discussions. Experience developing cloud-native applications on AWS, including event-driven or serverless architectures. Strong English and Polish communication skills (B2/C1).
