Lead AI Engineer at BairesDev
As a Lead AI Engineer, you will drive the design and deployment of enterprise-grade AI architectures, ensuring high performance and reliable system integration. You will serve as a senior technical leader, aligning AI strategies with business objectives while mentoring and guiding engineering teams to successful delivery.
What You'll Do
Lead the architectural design and implementation of production-grade AI systems and applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical AI solutions with overall business strategies and product goals.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to software and AI engineers to foster best practices.
Oversee the integration of advanced language models, orchestration frameworks, and retrieval systems.
Establish robust MLOps practices and streamlined API development pipelines to ensure reliable system operations.
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related technical role.
Proven expertise in technical leadership and designing enterprise-grade AI architectures.
Strong hands-on experience building production AI systems using Python.
Deep understanding of LLM or GenAI integration, including RAG, agents, or model orchestration.
Proficiency in API development and MLOps practices.
Advanced proficiency in English.
