The role partners with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configuration and enhancements while maintaining data integrity and security. Configures Workday modules and business processes across core HR functions, including payroll, benefits, talent management, and reporting, to support operational needs and improve efficiency. Leads testing activities, troubleshoots issues, and supports integrations and system stability by diagnosing root causes and coordinating resolution through established processes. Leverages data analysis and reporting to monitor platform performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that maximize Workday capabilities. Compensation: This position is salary paying between $101,600 - $152,400 depending on experience.
