What you´ll do Lead and execute global/regional SBU projects (e.g., ACE, Inno/ADP), providing adhesive product recommendations, customized applications, demonstrations, and customer troubleshooting support. Support adhesive dispensing processes and equipment, driving process optimization and technical solutions to improve customer operations. Conduct technical customer engagements, including meetings, audits, trials, demonstrations, and troubleshooting, with proper documentation and reporting. Manage and coordinate technical project activities, collaborating with global and cross-functional teams to accelerate development and achieve business priorities. Perform laboratory testing and evaluation of customer samples, communicate technical findings, and investigate quality issues or customer claims with relevant stakeholders. Deliver product application and technical training to customers and internal teams, while effectively communicating with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Innovation, and Application Engineering teams. Share technical knowledge, promote innovation and best practices across accounts, and ensure compliance with Henkel SHEQ standards and requirements.
