What you will do

• Secure systems across multi-cloud and/or multi-region infrastructure.
• Secure multi-tenant platforms, focusing on tenant isolation and authorization models.
• Implement privacy-adjacent security controls, including PII handling, data residency, and GDPR/CCPA compliance.
• Manage cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

What we are looking for

• 6+ years of experience as a security engineer with deep knowledge of distributed systems.
• Experience as an early security hire (first 3) at a SaaS product or data infrastructure company.
• Background transitioning from Backend software engineer to Security engineer.
• Computer Science, Math, or Physics degree.
• Experience with application security and technical interviews.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Go.
• Knowledge of multi-cloud security, data residency, and GDPR compliance.
• Experience with tenant isolation and authorization models.
