Coordinate internal communication between assessors, technical leadership, program management, and other stakeholders. Track the shipping, receiving, inventory, and movement of systems and equipment used for assessment activities. Maintain awareness of equipment status, assessment readiness, and logistical requirements within the Charlotte facility. Identify risks, schedule impacts, resource constraints, and other issues affecting assessment execution. Support the development and improvement of assessment processes, procedures, checklists, and documentation. Assist with communicating technical findings, assessment status, and program needs to vendors and government stakeholders as required. Support hardware, software, cybersecurity, and physical assessment activities based on program needs and individual technical expertise. Demonstrated ability to coordinate technical work across multiple people, priorities, and deadlines. Experience tracking tasks, schedules, deliverables, risks, and action items. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent assessment activities. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
