You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the development of advanced systems that enhance the quality of life for people around the globe, ensuring that our solutions meet or exceed the required technical standards for our customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the design and development of advanced systems, including hardware, software, and network components. Provide successful execution of complex engineering projects. Implement and enforce security measures and compliance standards to safeguard systems and data. YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. 6+ years of experience in systems engineering and project leadership. Comprehensive knowledge in systems integration, implementation, and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of hardware and software integration, with proficiency in programming languages such as C and C++. Ability to work under minimal supervision and lead complex engineering projects. WE VALUE Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related fields. Experience in leading complex system integration projects. Passion for innovation and continuous learning. Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability. Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
