Lead Carpenter

As a Lead Carpenter, you will oversee all aspects of the carpentry work on our residential remodeling projects. This role involves hands-on carpentry work as well as overseeing a team, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and meeting our quality standards. Ideal candidates will have: 5+ years of experience and mastered knowledge in all aspects of carpentry The ability to guide, instruct, and motivate others Proficiency in project planning, execution, and coordination The ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents Strong verbal and written communication skills Why work for Murphy Bros?
