Lead CRM Consultant JOB Requirement Details /Summary: · At least 10 - 12 years of experience in IT · 8 - 10 years on Microsoft technologies, out of which at least 6 -8 years on Dynamics CRM (including Dynamics 365 CE Cloud, which is a must) · Must have demonstrable architecture & design experience in the role of Technical Architect in at least 2 - 3 large, end-to-end large MSCRM implementations, · that include complex functionality, more than one module of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales / Service / Marketing / Field Service) multiple integrations and multi-geo rollouts . · Must have thorough knowledge nad experience of Dynamics 365 Sales, Service and Field Service. · Must be thorough and hands-on MSCRM 2013, MSCRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 Versions, including CRM SDK, plug-ins, Javascript, Azure functions, · Web API services, Azure Service Bus (for integrations) · Must be thorough and hands on in Microsoft technologies including · .NET 4.x, C#, XML, Ajax, OData query and HTML 5 · Microsoft SQL server 2008/2012 · Scribe and SSIS · Experience in MSCRM installation and set-up and multi-site deployment · Modern workloads · Power platform: specially Power Automate and Power BI, experience in Power Apps in preferred. · Experience in Azure AI / ML, Azure IOT platform and Virtual Agent is high preferable · Experience in working in Agile DevOps and SAFe methodology is a must · Good team handling and customer-facing skills Required Qualifications · BE, ME/MTech, MCA, MSC or equivalent industry experience 10 - 12 years of overall industry experienc e About Columbus Columbus is a global IT services and consulting corporation with more than 2,200 employees serving our customers worldwide.
