We are looking for a Lead Data Architect who will play a pivotal role in strengthening our data engineering and AI‑ready capabilities. You combine strong technical expertise with business acumen as well as stakeholder management, communication skills and a consultancy mindset. Your expertise will ensure continuity, architectural excellence, and the design of future‑proof solutions across complex enterprise environments.
Your new job
- Develop robust data‑warehousing, data‑modelling and scalable platform designs.
- Define AI‑ready data platform components including ingestion, orchestration, storage and compute layers.
- Provide architectural leadership, oversight and governance across delivery teams.
- Translate business requirements into actionable and scalable architectural solutions.
- Engage senior stakeholders and influence strategic technical decisions.
- Drive architectural patterns, standards and best practices across teams.
- Coach engineers and junior architects, raising the technical bar of the wider team.

Your skills and strengths | About your unique contribution
- Have 6+ years of experience in data architecture or analytics platform design and implementation.
- Have experience in a client-facing role in a consultancy firm.
- Experience with designing and implementing data warehouse, data lake, data lakehouse and ELT/ETL architectures.
- Experience in designing and implementing architectures that support AI-use cases (ML, GenAI, AgenticAI).
- Experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake technologies.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing and data modelling.
- You can translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Dutch is a great plus.
- Experience in AWS and/or GCP is a plus.
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g. financial services) is a plus.
