Job Description Role Overview Seeking a Senior Manager to lead Marketing Data Science engagements for CPG, Retail, and General Merchandise clients. This role combines strategic consulting, people leadership, marketing analytics, and AI innovation to deliver measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities · Lead and develop multiple teams comprising Data Science Managers, Data Scientists, and Analysts (~15+ resources), · Manage resource planning, team utilization, and Agile delivery processes. · Ensure effective allocation of team members to Jira stories, sprint commitments, and project priorities. · Partner with Product, Research, and business stakeholders to solve complex business problems using data and analytics. · Lead campaign measurement, marketing effectiveness, attribution, incrementality, and ROI initiatives. · Drive assortment, pricing, promotion, shopper, and demand forecasting analytics. · Present insights and recommendations to client and executive leadership teams. · Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing analytics talent. · Champion adoption of AI-powered tools such as Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, and other GenAI solutions. · Identify opportunities to incorporate Agentic AI capabilities into existing and future analytics solutions. Required Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative field; Master's preferred. · More than 10 years of experience in Data Science, Decision Science, Marketing Analytics, or related fields · More than 5 years of team leadership experience. · Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and R. · Experience with large-scale datasets and platforms such as Spark, Hive, or cloud environments. · Strong consulting and stakeholder management experience. Preferred Experience · Experience supporting CPG, Retail, General Merchandise, Consumer Goods, or eCommerce clients.· Strong understanding of retail media, shopper analytics, and marketing measurement.
