What you’ll do As a Lead Electrical Engineer – QLD Industrial based in Brisbane , you’ll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind. Be the first point of contact with clients and internal stakeholders to discuss and assist with electrical works Lead technical design for projects and client portfolios Work with colleagues from other disciplines to deliver complete multi-disciplinary projects Manage, mentor and supervise other engineers Manage project progress, expenditure, and performance outcomes Build strong relationships with clients and assist in successfully driving opportunities to successful outcomes Drive continuous improvement and support best-practice standards What you’ll bring A minimum of 15 years experience in LV and HV electrical engineering with the proven ability to apply this technical knowledge to achieve project outcomes A minimum of 5 years experience in Oil and Gas projects Experience leading electrical teams with the ability to train, guide and support other engineers Demonstrated expertise in managing projects in alignment with client policies, standards, and specifications Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions How we support your growth We believe your career should be a rewarding adventure.
