Develop the technical approach for order management systems (OMS) and software. Analyze and design solutions for projects related to omni fulfilment, digital platform ecommerce migration, and client experience enhancements. Research, design, and develop computer software and specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Work with the business and product teams to identify business requirements, design, and development using IBM Sterling OMS. Analyze the business requirements and translate them into viable technical solutions. Troubleshoot and fix functional and performance issues in OMS to ensure a smooth fulfilment experience for Sephora’s customers. Work from home in the United States permitted. What You’ll Get: The annual base salary range for this position is $139,195.00 - $179,800.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
