Role Description This is a full-time remote Lead Generation role focused on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for ChartMate, LLC. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, building prospect lists, and initiating contact through email, phone, and digital channels. The Lead Generation specialist will nurture relationships, schedule meetings or demos for the sales team, and maintain accurate records in CRM and tracking tools. The role also involves collaborating closely with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies, support campaign execution, and provide feedback on lead quality and market trends.
Qualifications

• Experience identifying and qualifying new leads and managing lead generation activities.
• Strong market research skills to analyze target industries, organizations, and decision-makers.
• Effective communication skills for outreach, follow-up, and collaboration with internal teams.
• Understanding of sales processes, including prospecting, pipeline management, and basic negotiation.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and productivity tools for organizing and tracking lead data.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
• Previous experience in B2B services, health information management, or compliance-focused organizations is beneficial.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
