We’re looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join a growing team helping UK businesses reduce their energy and water costs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment, enjoys outbound calling, and wants to be part of a supportive, high-performance culture. The Role As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential business clients in the UK. Your main focus will be identifying opportunities and booking qualified appointments for the senior sales team. You’ll play a key role in generating new business by engaging decision-makers and creating interest in utility-saving solutions. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to UK-based businesses Introduce the company’s energy and water-saving services Speak with business owners and key decision-makers Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities Schedule appointments for the sales consultants Maintain accurate notes and updates on the CRM system Meet daily and weekly performance targets Deliver professional and compliant customer interactions at all times What Success Looks Like Consistently booking quality appointments Building strong rapport with prospects Maintaining high activity levels and positive energy Keeping accurate records and follow-up schedules Contributing to a collaborative sales culture About You You’re confident, resilient, and comfortable spending most of your day on the phone. You know how to handle objections, stay motivated, and keep conversations flowing naturally.
