Lead Generation / Outbound Telemarketing Specialist (Philippines Only)

Job Overview We SummitNext Technologies are seeking an experienced, results-driven Outbound Lead Generation Specialist based in the Philippines to support our U.S. market operations. Working remotely from home, you will contact existing database customers, validate account information, identify key decision-makers, and qualify prospects for equipment replacements, upgrades, and promotional campaign opportunities. Key Responsibilities Outbound Calling: Execute a daily target volume of 60 - 80 outbound calls to target U.S. contact lists. Database & Lead Management: Utilize customer databases and Salesmate CRM to record real-time activities, contact validations, call dispositions, interaction notes, lead statuses, and appointment details. Prospect Qualification: Engage existing customers using approved scripts, campaign rules, qualification criteria, and escalation guidelines to identify relevant decision-makers and generate sales leads. Appointment Setting: Schedule and hand overqualified appointments, interaction notes, and detailed contact information to designated sales teams through established handover channels. Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate call logs to support weekly/monthly reporting on call volumes, connection outcomes, contact validations, qualified opportunities, and booked appointments. Requirements & Qualifications Proven Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of verified experience in outbound telemarketing, B2B lead generation, or appointment setting targeting North American markets. Language Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with a clear, neutral accent suited for U.S. clients. CRM Proficiency: Experience using Salesmate CRM or similar outbound dialing tools and sales CRMs. Self-Motivated: Strong objection-handling abilities, persistence, and time-management skills tailored for night shift / U.S. business hours. Work-from-Home Technical Requirements High-speed, reliable internet connection (with backup option preferred). Dedicated, quiet home workspace free from background noise. Laptop/PC meeting operational specs with a high-quality USB noise-canceling headset.
