What You Will Do

• Target Tech Contracts: Scan Upwork daily for web, mobile, and custom software development needs.
• Write Technical Bids: Craft tailored proposals translating our tech stack into client solutions.
• Spot Key Requirements: Filter out low-budget jobs; target clients seeking high-quality engineering.
• Book Discovery Calls: Handle initial chats to hand over warm, qualified leads to our tech team.
• Profile Optimization: Keep our agency profile, case studies, and tech stack keywords SEO-optimized.

What We Are Looking For

• Upwork Tech Experience: 1–2 years of experience winning software or IT projects on Upwork.
• Tech Literacy: Understanding of basic concepts (e.g., frontend/backend, APIs, UI/UX, QA, DevOps).
• Persuasive English: Elite written English to communicate complex solutions simply.
• Value-First Pitching: Ability to read a brief and instantly identify the client's core technical problem.
• Target Driven: Proven track record of meeting daily and weekly outreach goals.
