Lead Generation Telemarketer / Appointment Setter (US Shift)

About the Role We are hiring a Filipino Lead Generation Executive based in the Philippines to join our team. SummitNext is hiring a full-time Lead Generation Executive to take ownership of outbound and follow-up calls for the US market . You will work with a live pipeline of leads, contact prospects, qualify opportunities, set appointments, and move leads through our CRM pipeline. This is a night-shift, full-time role requiring full commitment to US time zone working hours . This position is not suitable for side jobs or part-time work . Responsibilities Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads generated through our marketing campaigns Make a minimum of 60-80 calls per day Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales/closing team Follow up with leads who have received emails but have not responded, following the required 2-day and 3-4 day follow-up cadence Accurately log call outcomes, notes, and lead status updates in the CRM Filter and manage lead lists by source, pipeline stage, and contact status Communicate regularly with the team regarding lead progress and pipeline updates Requirements Filipino applicants based in the Philippines only Proven experience in telemarketing, cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting, ideally for a US-based client or account Comfortable and available to work full-time US time zone hours (night shift in the Philippines) Strong spoken and written English communication skills; neutral or US-accented English is preferred Prior experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar platforms is a plus Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable handling high call volumes and objections Must have own equipment, including a laptop/PC and headset Reliable internet connection and a quiet home-based work environment Must be available for full-time employment and not have conflicting side jobs or part-time commitments Nice to Have Experience in outsourced lead generation or BPO for US clients Background in B2B appointment setting, SaaS, or services sales Experience working with US prospects or decision-makers What We Offer Fully remote position Stable, full-time role with a growing team Opportunity to grow into senior telemarketing and sales roles US-market exposure and experience Important Application Note This position is open exclusively to Filipino applicants currently based in the Philippines.
