Lead Global Engineering Lead an international engineering team and deliver tailored marine and offshore lighting solutions while driving collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Lead Global Engineering (m/f/d) Introduction As Lead Global Engineering, you will lead an international team of 16 technical specialists across three countries, covering disciplines such as mechanical, software, and electrical engineering. Together with your team, you ensure the successful technical execution of global marine and offshore lighting projects by adapting, configuring, and engineering solutions to meet specific customer requirements. This role combines people leadership, technical coordination, and continuous improvement in an international environment. As part of our long-term succession planning, a structured onboarding and handover process will support your successful start.
