Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, production standards, tooling concepts, line layouts, and test procedures. Plan, coordinate, and support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and production ramp-up activities. Drive process improvements and support the migration of legacy products to more efficient, scalable, automated, and digitalized manufacturing solutions. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement manufacturing improvements that enhance quality, productivity, and operational performance. Support automation initiatives and collaborate with external equipment suppliers and machine builders to develop manufacturing solutions. Participate in global projects and provide manufacturing support to other Emerson sites when required. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence. Who You Are: You are a collaborative and proactive engineering professional who thrives in project-based environments. You build strong relationships across functions, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and take ownership of delivering results. You are comfortable navigating technical challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating complex engineering requirements into practical manufacturing solutions. With a strong customer and business focus, you continuously seek ways to improve processes, drive innovation, and support organizational success. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment. Experience supporting manufacturing activities within product development or New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. Strong technical understanding of electromechanical products and manufacturing processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation. Experience working in cross-functional project teams and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Experience using CAD tools, Microsoft Office applications, and business/ERP systems. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, Production Engineer, Industrialization Engineer, or similar role. Experience working with electromechanical assemblies and production systems. Knowledge of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) methodologies. Experience planning and executing FAT and SAT activities for manufacturing equipment. Knowledge of PFMEA, control plans, process validation, and manufacturing test strategies. Experience defining automation requirements and collaborating with machine builders or equipment suppliers. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience supporting process automation, digitalization, and manufacturing transformation initiatives. Experience working within stage-gate or structured product development processes. Ability to create or modify technical drawings using CAD tools.
