Your responsibilities In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to designated senior leaders across the business, aligning people strategy with business objectives to support growth, performance, and scalability. You will coach and guide leaders on organizational design, team effectiveness, and leadership development, while supporting workforce planning across multiple countries. You will drive talent and performance initiatives that enable high-performing teams, foster a strong feedback culture, and support engagement and retention. At the same time, you will play a key role in organizational design and transformation, acting as a change partner during periods of growth and evolution. You will provide guidance on employee relations topics, partnering with legal and external advisors where needed, while also contributing to shaping and embedding Verda’s culture and values across teams. You will help design and continuously improve global People programs and processes, using data and insights to inform decisions and increase impact. Additionally, in this position you will be a team leader of a team of People Business Partners.
