Lead Salesforce Engineer

Job Title: Senior Salesforce Lead Key Skills: Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Integrations, APIs, Salesforce Administration Experience: 5+ YOE. Location: Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia, and Bolivia. Mode: Remote. We at Coforge are hiring Senior Salesforce Lead (#22405) with the following skill set. Key Responsibilities · Perform hands-on Salesforce development and configuration using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, custom objects, integrations, and APIs. · Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration support, including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, dashboards, reporting, roles, and permissions. · Create and maintain governance standards related to security, compliance, data management, workflows, validation rules, and platform configuration. · Administer, maintain, and optimize Salesforce integrations with RingDNA and other connected applications. · Translate business requirements into scalable and well-architected Salesforce solutions. · Manage version control, backup, and restore processes as part of the development lifecycle. · Stay current with Salesforce features, releases, and emerging technologies to drive continuous platform improvements. · Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and other stakeholders to enhance user experience and business processes. · Troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions. · Drive platform enhancements and contribute to Salesforce best practices and technical standards. Required Skills & Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. · 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex and Salesforce Lightning. · Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer I are required. · Strong experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, Apex Classes, Triggers, APIs, and custom controllers. · Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and iPaaS platforms. · Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL, CSS, AJAX, Java, or similar technologies. · Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Go-to-Market processes, and enterprise application ecosystems. · Solid knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and development best practices. · Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. · Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and business stakeholders. Preferred Skills · Experience with RingDNA and other Salesforce-connected applications. · Experience working in startup or high-growth environments. · Experience designing scalable Salesforce architectures and enterprise-level integrations. · Exposure to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success technology ecosystems. · Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring development teams.
