We are seeking a highly organized and influential Lead Supply Chain Project Manager to drive critical distribution center, warehouse automation, operational go-live, and supply chain transformation projects across our organization. This role will partner closely with business leaders, Operating Companies (OpCos), and cross-functional teams to bring structure, visibility, and accountability to complex initiatives. What You'll Do Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and tracking of strategic supply chain projects, including distribution center builds, operational go-lives, warehouse automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risk registers, and governance structures. Drive project accountability by ensuring stakeholders complete deliverables on time and escalating risks when needed. Partner with business leaders, project sponsors, and OpCos to create alignment and visibility across multiple initiatives. Support and enhance project management methodologies, playbooks, and governance processes. Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, steering committees, and executive updates. Track project health, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and readiness activities. Support implementation planning, operational readiness, training coordination, and post-go-live reviews. Capture lessons learned and continuously improve project execution practices. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 7+ years of project management experience leading large, complex projects. Experience managing supply chain, logistics, distribution, operations, or warehouse-related initiatives. Proven ability to lead projects through implementation and go-live activities. Strong project planning, risk management, governance, and stakeholder management skills. Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to provide clear updates, drive accountability, and engage stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and organizational capabilities. Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications PMP certification or other formal project management credentials. Experience supporting distribution center builds, facility launches, warehouse automation, or supply chain transformations. Experience working within structured PMO environments and applying project management methodologies. Exposure to Agile, Scrum, stage-gate, or other formal project frameworks. Experience with project portfolio management and executive reporting.
