City: Remote State: Remote Job Summary Manages the daily activities of project staff as it relates to the successful execution of assigned projects. Leads a team of project staff on specific projects giving them guidance throughout their projects. Answer technical questions related to the project, perform technical reviews, understand client specific protocols, and provide training to project staff. Core Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manages project staff assigned to projects on a project-by-project basis, providing direction, support, and technical guidance, reviewing and evaluating their work progress, identifying and resolving problems. Supports the management team in daily activities as it relates to the successful management of programs, including managing the overall direction, completion, and budget of the project. Manages the cross reference of resources onsite. Interfaces with client representative onsite and coordinates the team schedule and responsibilities. Manage multiple tasks and projects across multiple programs. Maintains project-by-project communication on programs with the management team and keeps them informed of any actual or potential problems including continuing updates of when reports will be e-mailed/shipped to production. This is a client facing role; must be able to represent BV at project specific meetings. Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables. Plans, schedules, and communicates project timelines. Familiar with contract administration and change order review. Performs report reviews when required. Quality control and assurance. Protects operations by keeping company information confidential. Delivers outstanding customer service through timely response and proactive solutions to clients’ needs. Follows all documented policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions applicable to the position and support of BV's quality standards and strategic initiatives. Role Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities Possesses expertise (designated SME) in Technical Assessor level designated programs, including but not limited to FedGov, data aggregation, barcoding, and other programs designated as Technical Assessor level programs. Provides training to field staff on client-specific programs and protocols designated as Technical Assessor level programs. Monitors and reports on the progress of assigned Technical Assessor level designated programs using client-specific and internal tracking platforms. Ability to complete onsite training with new team members, and effectively communicate and pass along learned techniques to engage a POC or resident to gain access into the units. Travel by Plane, Motor Vehicle, Train (approx. 90% of time) to client/project sites across the U.S. required. On-sites can occur up to two continuous weeks at a time; travel and on-site work is anticipated and expected. Overnight stays away from home may be required, along with weekend travel. Daily responsibilities include reviewing the late report list and developing an action plan to address any deficiencies, daily contact with assigned trainee (if applicable) to review upcoming work (Travel coordination, Protocol Checklist, Project Work Plan/Schedule) reports, and reviewing N-1 schedules to find additional capacity opportunities. Technical Assessors are required to maintain a billability rate of 90% or greater. Weekly responsibilities include reviewing timesheets to verify billability for each N-1, check in with N-1 at least once a week (document as needed), coordinate spot report reviews with STA, review and approve N-1 expenses, and attend weekly leadership call with Department Operations Manager (DOM). Maintain 1-on-1 huddle commitment per Success Factor Objectives and document in ProTrack. Complete HSE and other assigned trainings, and monitor N-1 monthly HSE and other assigned trainings. Lead Technical Assessors are required to maintain a billability rate of 80% or greater. Supervisory Responsibilities Indirectly and directly supervises employees on the team. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, addressing complaints, and resolving problems. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid driver's license required with no significant MVA points/violations (clean driving record). Employees who incur less than $2,000 per year in company-related travel expenses will be required to have sufficient personal credit to cover their business travel costs.
