The Challenge

NUITEQ provides a powerhouse suite of collaborative, AI-enhanced software platforms used globally to transform learning, teaching and working environments. Our core product portfolio includes Chorus (an AI-enhanced EdTech platform), Sho (a digital signage content management system platform), and Campfire (an immersive edutainment tool). As we continue to scale across global markets, our user interfaces require unification. We are seeking a Lead UX Designer to be instrumental in the UX/UI revitalization across our Chorus platform as well as perform important work across our entire product ecosystem—encompassing all current platforms (Chorus, Sho and Campfire) while establishing scalable design foundations for all future platforms.

This isn't just about a new coat of paint. You will serve as the Lead UX Designer responsible for streamlining complex workflows, building a cohesive multi-product design system, and ensuring our tools feel like modern, intuitive apps across every surface—from large interactive displays to mobile devices.

The Role: Strategic Design & Ecosystem Architecture

You will sit at the intersection of Product Management, Engineering, and Sales, serving as the design lead for Chorus, Sho, Campfire, and upcoming platforms. You will:

• Audit & Streamline: Collaborate with Sales and Product Managers to audit our current software portfolio, identifying friction points and determining which legacy features to retire, consolidate, or reimagine.
• Unified Systems Thinking: Build, maintain, and govern Design Systems that scale seamlessly within each current and future platforms.

Scope of Work

• Future Platform Architecture: Design adaptable, forward-compatible UX/UI frameworks for each product.
• Support new product incubations, features, and platform integrations as NUITEQ continues to expand.

What We’re Looking For

• Full-Time Commitment: Available for 40 hours per week in a dedicated full-time capacity.

• C-Level English Proficiency: Clear, persuasive, and precise communication skills in both written and spoken English to collaborate with international teams and defend design decisions to executives.

• 5+ Years in UX/UI: Demonstrated experience in SaaS, EdTech, or complex "canvas-based" applications (e.g., Miro, Figma, Canva).

• Strategic Mindset: Ability to articulate design rationale based on business ROI, market data, and user feedback.

• Expert Prototyper: Advanced Figma skills with the ability to produce high-fidelity interactive prototypes that clearly communicate animations, transitions, and system logic to engineering.
