This is an independent consulting position with performance-based earnings, structured support, and ongoing training provided by a highly skilled leadership team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support and mentor clients through professional development and leadership programs
• Lead with authenticity and build strong professional relationships
• Manage outreach and client engagement using digital tools
• Participate in professional and mindset training sessions
• Set and achieve personal goals within a structured framework
