Your contribution will be Lead and manage the team of Major Donor, Mid-Level Donor and Legacy Fundraisers at FOUR PAWS Austria on both strategic and operational levels Develop and implement Leadership Giving strategies, processes and fundraising plans, including donor acquisition, cultivation, stewardship and retention strategies Collaborate closely with national and international teams particularly across the DACH region to ensure effective information sharing Drive the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Leadership Giving Manage budgets, KPIs and reporting for Leadership Giving activities Represent FOUR PAWS Austria at partner, networking and events Play a key role in annual fundraising planning and ensure successful implementation of agreed fundraising initiatives Oversee complex donor cases and support the team in strategic donor cultivation, stewardship and relationship management Your profile ideally illustrates Several years of experience in fundraising, ideally in major gifts or leadership giving Fluency in German and strong English language skills Leadership experience with the ability to motivate, coach and develop high-performing teams.
