Lead/Senior Azure & Databricks Developer

What You'll do: - Create Azure cloud-based solutions to meet regulatory reporting goals and integrate with data sources, the global data platform, and presentation layers; - Build and deploy ETL solutions in Azure using cloud-native components such as Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Airflow; - Identify and manage technical dependencies and risks, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory guidelines; - Collaborate closely with other data engineers and business stakeholders to ensure high data quality and accessibility; - Proactively participate in team decisions and challenge proposed solutions when necessary; - Design, implement, and maintain solutions for complex datasets within the Microsoft Azure stack (Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps pipelines); - Work together with the team on innovative solutions for complex business problems; - Create scalable data products that enable self-service business intelligence and promote data-driven decision-making; - Contribute to the team following DevOps and Agile/Scrum principles; - Continuously improve systems, processes, and personal expertise to ensure sustainable and high-quality solutions; - Hybrid Work Model; What You Are: - HBO/WO working and thinking level (higher professional or academic level); - At least 8 years of experience as a Data Engineer; - Strong motivation and ability to solve complex technical and business challenges; - Willingness and courage to work with the latest technologies and introduce them structurally within the team; - Extensive experience with SQL and developing ETL solutions; - Experience working with the Azure data platform, including Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, and Azure DevOps; - Knowledge of data modeling, for example in Analysis Services or Power BI; - Fluent in Portuguese and English; What youll get: - Wage according to candidate's professional experience; - Remote Work whenever possible; - Allocation of health insurance from the beginning of the employment; - Delivery of work equipment adjusted to the performance of functions; - And others.
