Role
The organization is looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional to build and scale learning initiatives.
This is a foundational role. The individual will define the learning strategy, mature existing programs, and build new ones that help employees, managers, and leaders grow throughout their careers.
The role will own learning across the employee lifecycle - from onboarding and fraud education through to manager development, leadership capability, performance enablement, and knowledge sharing. Some programs already exist; many do not. The individual will be expected to identify where learning can have the biggest impact, design practical solutions, and deliver them.
This role reports to the Head of People and partners closely with leaders across the company.
