Learning Management System Administrator (GERMAN speaking)

Your role Plan and organize internal and external training programs and maintain them in the Learning Management System (e.g. room booking, setting up virtual meetings, participant lists, contact persons for trainers and participants, billing process, creating reports on activities and feedback). Clarify course content with departments and coordinate target groups Ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets Develop proposals for course design and procure teaching materials Your profile Approx. 2 years of experience in the areas of administration and/or eLearning An affinity for IT applications and/or learning management systems An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working Organizational skills, ability to move operational issues forward quickly with strong implementation and communication skills Fluent English and German language skills What we offer Modern technology stack - with room for you to try things out in a high-tech group. 40-60% hybrid work option Annual flexible benefits (cafeteria, private health plans, annual bonus).
