What you’ll do The role is a close partner to the market and business leaders, supporting skills, performance and talent related interventions linked to short and long-term needs across all business areas. This includes the implementation of performance management policies, processes & tools and the identification of capability, skills and talent plans to address business needs. The role works across Vodafone local & cluster markets and other HR Centres of Expertise to bring in expert teams to deliver the plan. More specifically you will: • Drive Performance Management agenda & Talent development initiatives across all business units • Active involvement to deliver targeted skill & talent projects working closely with areas of expertise and engaging with business stakeholders for addressing requests for skill & development needs • Design & promote solutions to build the capability of early career employees. E2E responsibility for the Discover Graduate Program • Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on performance management best practices, including goal setting, feedback, and performance evaluation • Monitor and prioritize actions to ensure Diversity targets, Performance management & Development KPIs are met • Build partnerships with business , market & cluster HR team to identify business priorities and propose appropriate development solutions while actively engaging across the Vodafone Learning Organisation Areas of expertise to develop programs relevant to the business requirements. Who you are • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills with proven ability to understand and effectively handle interpersonal and group dynamics and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization. • Skilled at building strong relationships with diverse stakeholder groups including centres of expertise and external partners. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and draw actionable insights. • Previous experience in HR, preferably in Performance/Talent Management will be considered an asset • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders from various departments • Knowledge of adult learning principles and practices, assessment and evaluation and developmental programme design will be an asset • Strong project management and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines & adapt in a fast-paced environment Not a perfect fit?
