Michigan State University’s A-CAPP Center has one opening for a part-time fixed term lecturer to prepare and deliver lectures, monitor online course assignments, and give student performance input for one 3-credit course, SSC490 – The Brand Protection Experience, in the fall and spring semesters each year. Searching for candidates with expertise or experience teaching in brand protection, intellectual property protection, and anti-counterfeiting in for its new experiential course. Duties include teaching an experiential education 3-credit course in a hybrid environment to undergraduate students during the academic year (fall and spring semester). This course will be offered in a hybrid format (1.5 hours per week on campus; remainder online) and consist of weekly lectures and guest speakers, online group mentorship, practical job skills development and online brand protection academic certificate course work. Candidates must have the ability to teach at the undergraduate level in a hybrid environment with exceptional communication, presentation and engagement skills.
