We have over 200 talented employees working both on-site and remote/hybrid at locations: Danang: 81 Quang Trung, Hai Chau 1 ward, Hai Chau District, Danang Hanoi: Zodiac building, 19 Duy Tan Street, Dich Vong Hau ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi We are seeking an experienced Legal Consultant. The successful candidate will support our Vietnamese entity in Ha Noi (or Da Nang) , as well as affiliates in Singapore, Switzerland, the UK, Dubai, and Uganda primarily. This is a multi-jurisdictional role requiring strong commercial acumen, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work seamlessly across different teams, departments, and time zones. Key Responsibilities Advise on commercial contracts, corporate matters, compliance, and data protection across Vietnam and international affiliates. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements to support business operations and mitigate legal risks. Ensure compliance with Vietnamese and international regulations. Liaise effectively with global stakeholders and act as a bridge between the Vietnamese entity and overseas teams. Support cross-border transactions, deal negotiations, and new business initiatives. Provide timely legal advice in both Vietnamese and English. Collaborate proactively with HR, Finance, Operations, and Senior Management across geographies. Law degree is required. Having 5 + years’ post-qualification experience in legal practice, ideally including exposure to international environments. Expertise in commercial law, corporate law, compliance, and data protection. Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English . Demonstrated agility in handling multiple priorities across jurisdictions and time zones. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to apply legal skills in practical business settings. High level of initiative, independence, and professional integrity . Experience working within or alongside international organizations is desired.
