About the Role We're looking for experienced lawyers to join a delivery team supporting a client in a regulated industry on a document-intensive drafting workstream. Working as an embedded member of the client's legal team, you'll produce high-quality written work product in response to third-party queries and information requests, liaising with legal, compliance and operational stakeholders. This role suits a lawyer with strong written drafting skills and a solid grounding in regulatory and legislative frameworks. It is a remote, part-time engagement with genuine flexibility, well suited to someone who is self-directed, responsive and comfortable managing a varied caseload to deadline. What You'll Do Prepare first-draft written responses to detailed queries and requests for information from third parties, to a consistently high standard. Review files and supporting documentation to establish the relevant facts, chronology and legal position on each matter. Apply the applicable regulatory and legislative framework to a broad and varied range of matters. Produce clear, accurate and well-structured submissions and correspondence requiring minimal amendment. Identify and escalate issues, risks and inconsistencies to the client's in-house legal and compliance teams. Manage a varied caseload independently, prioritising work to meet external deadlines. Maintain accurate records of matters, actions and progress on the client's systems. Plan and communicate your availability in advance and maintain a consistent, reliable working pattern. Work collaboratively with in-house stakeholders and with other members of the wider delivery team. Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately at all times. What We're Looking For Qualified lawyer with post-qualification experience gained in private practice, in-house or a similar environment. Excellent written drafting skills, with the ability to produce clear, precise and well-reasoned documents to a high standard. Experience in a regulated industry is preferred; financial services, insurance or a comparable sector would be an advantage. Good working knowledge of regulatory and legislative frameworks, and the ability to get up to speed quickly on new subject matter. Experience of regulatory correspondence, complaints, disputes or other contentious work is desirable. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review large volumes of documentation and identify the relevant facts quickly. Highly organised and diligent, with excellent attention to detail and a track record of meeting deadlines. Comfortable working remotely and independently, while remaining responsive and communicative with the wider team. Hard-working, reliable and collaborative, with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach. Available to commit to a consistent part-time schedule during standard business hours. Why You'll Love Working Here: Be part of a category-defining company that is reshaping the future of legal technology. Be part of a fast-paced, high-impact environment where your work is visible from day one. We’re a team of builders, operators, and problem-solvers who are passionate about reshaping an industry that has long been resistant to change.
