Customer contract sReview and negotiate Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work (our templates and customer forms )Negotiate data privacy agreements/data processing agreement sLead negotiations with customer’s legal and sales team s2. Strategic partnership sDraft and negotiate new partnership and referral agreement sSupport renewals and ongoing partner matters (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, CrowdStrike )Identify and manage legal risks related to reseller and third‑party arrangement s3. Products developed in-hous eDevelop contract templates for internally created product sEnsure appropriate protections (e.g., IP, acceptable use, customer rights) are reflected in customer agreement sStandardize terms and language across platforms and offering sMaintain and update templates, including integrating those from acquisition s4. Misc. legal suppor tProvide general legal support across various business units, including reviewing and negotiating vendor agreements, working on customer termination files, advising on risk, and assisting with a broad range of commercial and operational matters .
