Fully remote — proceedings before the Arbeitsgericht Frankfurt am Main

Language:

English required for all client communication; filings in German (§ 184 GVG)

Fee: Statutory RVG fees per proceeding, on a written Vergütungsvereinbarung (§ 3a RVG).

Scope options (to be agreed per matter)

• Full representation — Vertretung in the proceeding, including the Kammertermin (in person or by video where permitted)
• Drafting and review — review, correction and finalisation of Schriftsätze I prepare, filed under your name
• Hearing representation only — Terminsvertretung for a listed date

Requirements

• Admitted Rechtsanwältin / Rechtsanwalt in Germany (beA, electronic filing)
• Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht strongly preferred
• Employee-side practice — no conflict with large employer-side firms
• Fluent written and spoken English. Client meetings, file discussion and instructions run in English. Court work is in German — I do not expect translation of filings, only that we can work together in English.
• Comfortable working fully remotely: video calls, email, shared file access. No office attendance required or offered.
• Available to act on short procedural deadlines (Fristverlängerung, § 227 ZPO applications, Replik deadlines)

Fees

• Billing strictly on the statutory RVG scale (Streitwert-based, VV 3100 / 3104 etc.) per proceeding, so the invoice can be submitted to my legal expenses insurer for a Deckungszusage.
• A written Vergütungsvereinbarung under § 3a RVG will be signed before work begins, separate from the Vollmacht and containing the mandatory notice on non-reimbursable excess.
• A Vorschuss (§ 9 RVG) is available on signature.
• Note: under § 12a ArbGG there is no cost reimbursement from the opposing party in first instance — the fee arrangement is between us and my insurer only.

Expected commitment (per matter, included in the fee)

1. File review of the existing case file and the defendant's pleadings
2. Minimum 3 hours of client update / Q&A — video or telephone, in English, scheduled in blocks (e.g. 3 × 60 min), covering strategy, questions, and pre-hearing preparation
3. Written work product as per the agreed scope
4. Deadline confirmation — written confirmation of each running deadline in the matter you take on
