To keep up the momentum and maintain high standards, we need a brilliant legal mind to join the adventure! 🤝 🛠️ Scope of the Role 📜 Contracts: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts (franchise/master franchise documentation, licenses, partnership agreements with influencers & talent agencies, leases, supply agreements, NDAs, T&Cs, and privacy policies). 💡 Business Partnering: Serving as the go-to legal partner for all teams (Supply, Marketing, Development, IT, Commercial, etc.). You'll provide legal opinions, conduct research, and bring real value to key strategic meetings! ⚙️ General Legal & Processes: Streamlining internal legal workflows and collaborating with external counsel on specialized matters (corporate, IP, litigation, etc.). 🌟 Profile Required 🎓 Education: Master’s degree (Master 2) in Business or Commercial Law. 💼 Experience: 3 to 5 years of successful experience as Legal Counsel (in a law firm or corporate legal department) in business & commercial law.
