Regulatory Compliance Analyst will work for Costa Rica Regulatory Compliance Trade Shared Services, providing support to the team on administrative tasks as well as completing daily requests on behalf of Emerson entities, sales offices, and other locations globally. Regulatory Compliance Analyst plays a key role providing information to the team to conduct Trade Compliance activities and comply with the record retention policy. Regulatory Compliance Analyst mainly interacts with the International Shared Services Team members and other Trade Compliance and Logistics contacts in the U.S and Latin America. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will: Conduct Restricted Party Screening and analyze potential matches. Conduct Dynamic Screenings Conduct end use, end user and anti-boycott screenings Conduct Import and Export Audits for U.S entities HTS and ECCN Classification Who You Are: You follow through on commitments and make sure others do the same. You deal comfortably with the uncertainty of change. You create teamwork, allowing others across the organization to achieve shared objectives. For This Role, You Will Need: 2-5 years of experience Bachelor in Customs Administrator or International Trade -related career. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (Minimum B2) Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel is required. Knowledge in Trade Compliance Requirements, including 6 screening elements. Knowledge in HS classification.
