Legal Personal Assistant

Tyler Weir has partnered with this well established Global Law Firm for 8 years and they rarely go to market to hire a Legal PA! Working with a lovely partner and team this is a role that would allow you to add value and be part of coordinating a high performing team.

We would like somebody at a mid level for this role. Its a great opportunity for a legal PA to step up in this role. Offering a competitive package hybrid working and a lovely culture.

Hours of work: Full time 37.5 hours - 9.00am to 5.30pm. Hybrid role – required to be in the office 3 days per week.

Purpose of the role:

Provide proactive and professional Legal PA support to the Technology Media and Telecoms team. In addition to being assigned to specific lawyers, the role is intended to embrace a team-working approach, collaborating with lawyers and other members of Business Operations to fulfil the needs of the business.

Candidate Overview

We are looking for candidates who ideally holds the following skills and experience:

• Minimum 2 years Legal PA experience
• Previous work in a law firm advantageous
• Experience of working within Litigation team is highly desirable
• Good IT skills – knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required
