Contributors can build their portfolios, strengthen their CVs and LinkedIn profiles, and reconnect with their genuine interest in law beyond grades and applications.

Spill The Tea☕ also invites experienced legal professionals to share insights, career journeys, and practical advice to support the next generation.

The initiative is led by CEO and Founder Zara Saad and operates on a rolling basis for new contributors and volunteers

Role Description

• Strong Writing and Web Content Writing skills for blog applicants, with the ability to communicate legal concepts clearly and accessibly.
• Research abilities to source reliable legal materials, cases, and commentary to support blog content.
• Experience or interest in Blogger-style platforms and digital publishing workflows.
• Basic Marketing awareness to help promote content and engage a Gen-Z audience.
• Interest in law, legal studies, or related fields; current students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
• Attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to meet agreed deadlines on a volunteer basis.
• Comfort working collaboratively with a small team and receiving editorial feedback.
• Prior legal study or professional legal experience is beneficial but not required.
