About the Role The Letter Operations Program Manager serves as a critical bridge between Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Client Success to drive the modernization and scalability of letter generation capabilities, with a primary focus on advancing the V2 architecture and supporting NewUM migration. The position is responsible for bringing structure, clarity, and prioritization to a highly complex, cross-client body of work, ensuring both operational effectiveness and regulatory compliance. This individual will lead efforts to assess current-state processes, define a forward-looking technical roadmap, and standardize workflows across implementations and live environments. In addition, the role acts as a key client-facing partner, supporting letter requirements and ensuring consistency in delivery and communication. Success in this position requires strong project management discipline, technical fluency, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders around shared priorities. Ultimately, this role ensures that letter solutions are durable, scalable, compliant, and positioned to support enterprise growth. Primary Responsibilities Compliance Oversight & Governance Work with Compliance team to summarize existing compliance letter requirements by LOB, state and plan. Create a plan and methodology to assess risk areas and points of potential divergence for current letters from requirements and best practices. Leverage prioritized gap analysis to prioritize engineering requests for remediation of issues with current letter templates. Define a go-forward process for aligning compliance updates with Client Success communications, Engineering intake and prioritization and operational adoption. Client-Facing Support Serve as the primary resource for client letter-related requests and guidance. Lead client meetings to facilitate letter creation, updates, and remediation. Ensure consistency of approach across new implementations and existing clients. Cross-Client Prioritization & Alignment Organize and prioritize letter-related requests across all clients. Align with Client Success, Operations, and Technology teams to confirm priorities. Maintain transparency and documentation of prioritization decisions. Current-State Assessment & Technical Roadmap Develop a deep understanding of current V1 and V2 letter solutions, documenting strengths, limitations, and pain points. In partnership with Operations, Product and Engineering teams, create a prioritized roadmap for the V2 architecture that supports and aligns with NewUM migration. Technical Competency & Intake Management Develop technical proficiency in V2 letter architecture. Evaluate and classify change requests, using T-shirt sizing. Maintain a centralized log of letter requests, tracking status, prioritization, and dependencies. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Signoff (10%) Define a standardized UAT signoff process for letter updates. Support both tech-enabled and manual UAT workflows. Ensure thorough validation and auditability before production release. About You Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree (MBA, MHA or similar) strongly preferred. Certification: PMP certification strongly preferred. PROSCI. Typical years of experience are 5-7 years in a related field. Our system improves quality of care, reduces provider abrasion and gives health plans visibility into the total cost of oncology treatment. OncoHealth offers Oncology Insights Pro , an analytic software solution that enables health plans to use data and analytics to improve oncology programs. Using real world data, our engineers normalize data to create analytic dashboards with drill down compatibilities. The data is the paired with expert guidance providing the strategies an insight needed to keep up with the continuing evolving cancer treatment landscape. OncoHealth offers Pharmacy Consulting services to health plans and pharmaceutical companies. New cancer treatments are entering the market at an unrelenting pace. Since 2018, the FDA approved 121 new cancer applications including 49 novel cancer drug entities. Our Board-Certified Oncology Pharmacologists can help health plans update drug policies, offer utilization management and formulary advice, and development training for staff.
