Level 2 Help Desk Technician (MSP Experience Required) Rolling Meadows, IL $60,000 - $70,000 About We are a growing Managed Services Provider in the northwest suburbs of Chicago is seeking a Level 2 Help Desk Technician with Managed Services Provider (MSP) experience. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 to $70,000 plus a $500 monthly bonus, with strong potential for career advancement. The first 90 days are fully onsite in Palatine, followed by a hybrid schedule with a mix of remote work and local client visits. This role is ideal for a well-rounded technician who enjoys hands-on technical work, learning new systems, and working with a tight-knit MSP team. You’ll support a wide range of client environments, troubleshoot escalated service requests, and handle everything from provisioning and onboarding to desktop, server, and basic network troubleshooting.
