As part of our growing team, you will provide counseling services while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and fellow therapists. This is a fully remote position, offering telehealth opportunities based on client and program needs. We offer flexible scheduling: Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM Saturday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM We are currently hiring for Part-Time positions. Therapists will provide individual therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Our practice utilizes a robust Electronic Health Records (EHR) system with an integrated telehealth platform to ensure efficient and secure service delivery. Practice Support & Resources New patient scheduling Credentialing support Advertising and marketing Copay collection Prior authorizations Patient relations support Established referral base In-house prescribers for medication management Electronic EHR system Secure phone system (to maintain professional boundaries) Online fax system Paid training Collaborative, team-based work environment Responsibilities Provide individual therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other treatment providers Participate in team meetings and case consultations as needed Complete required EHR training modules Required Qualifications Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field Active professional Clinical license in Pennsylvania (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, Ed.D) Experience providing therapy across the lifespan preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to build rapport with diverse populations Strong organizational and time-management skills This is a remote position. Compensation: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year We specialize in the treatment of Mood Disorders (depression, bipolar, anxiety), Neurodevelopmental Disorders (autism, ADD, ADHD, ODD), Behavioral Disorders (addictions, marriage & family conflicts). We use effective, evidenced-base treatment methods, such as Cognitive-Behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT), as well as, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). Our licensed clinicians which includes a mix of PhD level therapists, Licensed Professional Counselors, Psychiatrists and Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners all work together with clients at identifying negative thought patterns, and, in changing them into more realistic, healthy, and positive patterns.
