Maryland LCPC Telehealth Counselor | Full-Time Remote Therapy Position Job Details Location: Maryland Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary This remote LCPC position gives you the opportunity to provide therapy in a focused, client-centered telehealth setting. You will work with clients who need professional support for emotional, behavioral, and life-related concerns, helping them build coping tools, understand patterns, and move toward healthier decisions. Your day-to-day work will include virtual sessions, intake assessments, treatment planning, progress reviews, and documentation. The role is designed for a licensed counselor who wants consistent full-time work, a professional remote environment, and the ability to make a real difference through accessible mental health care. Responsibilities Meet with clients virtually for scheduled therapy sessions Conduct intake appointments and gather relevant clinical history Create realistic treatment goals based on each client’s needs Help clients develop coping strategies for stress, mood concerns, relationships, and major life changes Provide counseling using appropriate clinical techniques and interventions Update treatment plans as clients make progress or present new concerns Complete session notes and required records within expected timelines Maintain client privacy and follow telehealth compliance standards Recognize safety concerns and follow proper escalation procedures when needed Active Maryland Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor license required Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field Experience providing therapy to adults, families, couples, or varied client populations Comfortable delivering services through a telehealth platform Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills Knowledge of evidence-based therapy approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or trauma-informed care Ability to work independently while following clinical and ethical standards Annual salary of $115,000–$120,000 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits package Remote work setup Monday–Friday daytime schedule Steady full-time caseload Bring your Maryland LCPC license to a role where your clinical skills are valued, your schedule is consistent, and your work supports clients who need accessible care.
