Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Arkansas Setting: Remote/Telehealth Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are recruiting a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a full-time remote role serving Arkansas clients. This position includes virtual therapy, client assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing care support. Responsibilities Deliver scheduled telehealth therapy sessions Assess mental health needs Build clear and realistic care plans Support clients with emotional and behavioral concerns Complete required documentation Follow HIPAA, licensing, and clinical practice standards Arkansas LCSW license in good standing Master’s degree in Social Work Experience in counseling, therapy, or behavioral health Knowledge of assessment and treatment planning Reliable, organized, and comfortable with remote work 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Move into a stable weekday role where you can focus on quality care from a remote setting.
