Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Kentucky | Remote / Telehealth Full-Time | $115,000–$120,000 per year Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Position at a Glance We’re looking for a Kentucky-licensed LCSW to provide individual therapy through telehealth. You’ll maintain a regular client schedule and handle the clinical work associated with an ongoing caseload. The role is well suited to a clinician who values consistency, works well independently, and wants their time centred around client care rather than office-based responsibilities. Your work will include: Individual therapy sessions with scheduled clients Initial intakes and psychosocial assessments Treatment planning based on clinical needs Ongoing review of client progress Clinical notes and required documentation Treatment adjustments when appropriate Referrals and care coordination when needed Compliance with Kentucky professional and licensing standards Active Kentucky LCSW license Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) At least 2 years of post-licensure experience Ability to manage a consistent remote caseload Strong communication and time-management skills 2 weeks Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401(k) Plan with 3% Company Match Interested in the position?
