Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Location: Washington Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday Setting: Telehealth / Remote This Washington telehealth counseling role is for a licensed clinician who wants to provide professional online care with a steady schedule and meaningful client interaction. You will work with clients across Washington who are seeking mental health support that is easier to access from home. The position is fully remote and offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care through secure virtual sessions. Key Responsibilities Provide online mental health counseling to clients located in Washington Develop treatment plans and update goals as client needs evolve Support clients with stress, mood concerns, anxiety, relationships, and life transitions Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time Maintain confidentiality, ethical care, and professional communication Must hold an active Washington license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Experience in counseling, therapy, or clinical social work Comfortable delivering care through telehealth Strong clinical documentation and communication skills Able to manage a virtual caseload responsibly 2 weeks of paid time off Health insurance coverage 401(k) plan with a 3% company match If you hold an active Washington license and want to continue your work in a remote counseling setting, we invite you to apply.
