Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Location: Rhode Island Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Summary We are hiring a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) for a remote outpatient telehealth role supporting Rhode Island clients. This position involves intake-to-ongoing therapy, structured documentation, and clinical follow-through. It’s a strong opportunity for clinicians who prefer a steady weekday schedule and clear expectations around workflow and quality. Responsibilities Provide scheduled telehealth psychotherapy sessions to adult clients Complete initial assessments and ongoing clinical documentation Create and update treatment plans based on progress and clinical needs Maintain timely notes and records in the EMR Utilize evidence-informed modalities as clinically appropriate Assess risk and follow established crisis procedures when required Active Rhode Island LICSW license in good standing Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) Outpatient mental health experience preferred Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match To move forward, submit your resume and a brief note confirming Rhode Island licensure and telehealth availability.
