Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Vermont Job Summary We are hiring a Vermont-licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy through a fully virtual care model. This role is designed for clinicians who want to focus on structured therapy sessions, clear treatment goals, and consistent follow-up with adult clients—without the interruptions of in-person practice.
